Welcome to CrossFit 508, where fitness and community come together!
Each session is led by a certified coach who will guide you through a dynamic 60-minute workout.
We’ll start with a warm-up, followed by clear instructions and demonstrations for the workout ahead. And throughout the session, your coach will be there to provide support and help you perfect your form. Join us for a fun and effective way to reach your fitness goals!
Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter.
