This is a 60 minute Sweat-Fest!! We combine a variety of cardio with super simple strength & core movements. It's all the camaraderie & fun of CrossFit without the barbells, heavy lifts or crazy gymnastics.
As always, one of our certified (and awesome) coaches will guide you through the whole hour. They will get you warmed up, review the workout, demonstrate the movements and ensure that your workout is tailored just for you.
Come on in and check one out!!! We offer these classes all day Thursday and Sunday mornings. (First Class is Free!)
